Initiate Your Request

Log into your WVH® account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
