Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days for delivery.

Do you offer international shipping for home decor?

Currently, WVH® ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Yes, sustainability is at our core. All WVH® timber products are sourced from FSC-certified forests to ensure ethical and environmental responsibility.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress.
